        This is the installation manual for MyUniverse (Alpha).

            1. System Requirements.

• Hardware Requirements
  • Processor :- Pentium II or better
  • RAM :- 64 MB or better
  • Memory requirement :- 10 MB (at least)
• Software Requirements
  • Windows IE, Firefox, Safari or Netscape
  • Java 1.5+ JDK/JRE installed on Windows, Linux or Macintosh

            2. Installation

• To download the latest version of MyUniverse program click here and the program should run automatically.
• If not, download the program from here and open it.

            3. Troubleshooting

• If your computer does not have JDK installed, it will give you an error message that the "Windows cannot open MyUniverse.jnpl file".
• If you see the message shown below in the image, this means, you need to download JDK 5. Please select the JDK 5.0 Update 12.

• Also check the JNPL settings which can be found under Control Panel > JAVA > Advanced Setting..

• If you have any problems with the program, please report to the admin.
